Tuition Refund Policy
A deposit or full payment is due at the time of booking a spot in our classes. We require a deposit because classes fill up quickly. By registering with a deposit you are guaranteed a spot in the class that you have registered for. Should you wish to make a change to the start date you will need to notify us by phone or email 72 hours prior to the start of the start date that you are registered in.
Should you wish to cancel your registration all together you will need to contact us 72 hours prior to the start of your class. We will issue you a credit that will be held on your account that can be used for any future class. You also have the flexibility to transfer this credit to another person at any time. Please notify us of the transfer.
Should you need to postpone your training once the course has started for medical or extenuating personal reasons you will be able to come back at any time to compete the training at no additional charge.
Free refresher classes are available for any student that has graduated from our course. This allows you to come back into the class and set up at one of the wells and practice pouring. You will need to call us in advance to set this up and please bring your text book.
